I ordered from torquemotorcycleco.com and the item did show up in one piece, so I guess I can’t complain too much. But the box was crushed on one side and there was barely any padding inside, which made me a little nervous opening it. Luckily nothing was broken, but for the price, I expected the shipping to feel a bit more secure. It’s one of those situations where you’re forced to be patient and just hope everything survived the trip. Not awful, just average.

I had to use the warranty when a part failed after just a few months. To be fair, they did respond and they eventually got it sorted, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. But the timing was annoying. It dragged on longer than I expected, and of course it happened right when I actually needed the thing working. I had to send more emails than I thought I would and follow up a couple of times just to keep things moving. They did send the replacement in the end, but I really wish the whole process had been faster and a bit clearer.

I’ve had this for a few months now, and I always tend to notice patterns with stuff like this, usually if something’s going to loosen up or feel cheap, it starts showing early. So far, though, all the parts still feel solid and nothing seems worn out

I found a few solid motorcycle parts and gear items here, so it’s not like the site is lacking completely. But as I browsed around, I kept noticing the same pattern: a decent item would pop up, then the size or style options would be limited. I did end up finding a couple useful things, but I wish there had been more variety to compare. Overall, the site is fine and easy enough to use, just not as wide of a selection as I was hoping for.

I was a bit tired of dealing with service stuff by this point, but they made it easier by keeping me updated along the way. I didn’t have to keep following up, which I really appreciated.

I ordered a couple of bits from Torque Motorcycle Co, i’m happy with it overall. The prices were fair compared to a few other places I looked at, and the quality seems decent so far. Delivery wasn’t exactly lightning fast... but it wasn’t bad either. For what I paid, I’d say it was worth it, I’d probably order from them again.

Just a warning for anyone buying: if you have an issue after delivery, don’t expect a super quick response. I had a problem with a part and contacted after-sales, but it took a few days to get a proper reply, and I had to chase them once, which was frustrating.
To be fair, they did sort it out in the end and the staff were polite enough, so it wasn’t a disaster. But the process definitely could be smoother, and I’d say keep an eye on things and be ready to follow up if you need help.

It did show up, just not as quickly as promised. I’ve seen other people get their orders right on time, so I was a bit disappointed mine ran late, but at least it arrived in the end...

Checkout did go through in the end, so I can’t say it was a disaster, but wow, the payment page was slow. I was just sitting there staring at it like, “Is this broken? Did my card get charged? Am I trapped here forever?” It worked fine eventually, but that lag was way more stressful than it needed to be.

The parts looked decent when I first opened the box, but they didn’t feel quite as sturdy as I was hoping. It does the job, so I can’t really complain too much, but the finish had a few rough spots here and there. Weirdly, I remember there was one tiny scuffed corner that caught on the sleeve of my hoodie when I was setting it up. Overall it’s not bad, just not as solid or polished as I expected
